The license year, unless otherwise provided in the Nebraska Liquor Control Act, commences on May 1st of each year and ends the following April 30th.
The license year for a Class C license commences on November 1st of each year and ends on the following October 31st.
License fees will be prorated for each quarter from the date of issuance.
