The Beatrice City Council meets on the 1st and 3rd Mondays of the month at 7:00 p.m. Meetings are held in the City Council Chambers, located in the BPS Administration Building Board Room, 320 North 5th Street, Beatrice, NE. The deadline to submit City Council agenda items is 5:00 p.m. the Thursday prior to the meeting.
Citizens who have a specific topic that they would like the City Council to discuss at a future meeting will have to complete the Request for Future Agenda Item form. The Request for Future Agenda Item form is available below or from the City Clerk's Office. The item will be reviewed and possibly scheduled for a future meeting or forwarded to City staff for appropriate action.
