Meeting Rooms

Beatrice Public Library provides meeting areas for public use on a request basis.

Applications must be approved by the library, the meeting room booking confirmed, and the necessary deposit must be received at least 48 hours BEFORE using the meeting room. Please allow up to five business days for your application to be processed. Bookings may be made up to one year in advance. Please contact Library staff for information about events currently scheduled in our meeting rooms.

Library programming is an important aspect of the Library’s service to the community; therefore, Library needs will take precedence over public use of the meeting areas. The Library reserves the right to cancel reservations for meeting rooms if the area is needed for Library or City activities.
