In order to share the great service you are volunteering to do for our community, The City of Beatrice and KBB asks that you complete a brief report to share your impact post-cleanup.

Supplies

Keep Beatrice Beautiful (KBB) will provide bags, litter tongs, and vests. Tongs and vests are KBB property and must be returned after your group’s cleanup.

I/we understand that tongs and vests must be returned to Keep Beatrice Beautiful.

Photo Contest

You may enter to win prizes by submitting photos of your litter cleanup to kbb@beatrice.ne.gov. Take a before and after photo of the cleanup site, action shots during the litter cleanup, and a final group picture with all the trash collected. Prizes will be given for “Best Photo”, “Most Bags Collected” and “Oddest Item Found”.

Contest Participation

I/We will participate the photo contest. Keep Beatrice Beautiful and the City of Beatrice have my/our permission to use photos submitted to promote the Great American Cleanup. I understand that images may be used in print, presentations, websites, and social media.

Waiver

Every member of our group will complete and submit a Volunteer Release of Liability Form PRIOR to participating in the Great American Cleanup. Volunteers who do not have a release form on file will not be permitted to participate. Supplies will be provided in quantities matching waivers received.
