Concrete Reconstruction: South 13th Street from Beaver to Oak

Project Summary

The City of Beatrice has contracted R.L. Tiemann Construction to reconstruct South 13th Street, from Beaver Street to Oak Street. The project will include removing the existing pavement and replacing it with an 8-inch concrete pavement with integral curb.

Schedule

Construction began on April 1, 2024. The project has a contractual completion timeframe of 100 consecutive calendar days.

Access During Construction

Construction along South 13th Street will be completed in phases to allow for ingress and egress during the project. Access to individual properties will be maintained. Local traffic should follow the signs to access their property. The traveling public should find an alternative route.
