Motor Vehicle Amnesty Registration

To participate in the Motor Vehicle Amnesty Event, you must register no later than noon on Friday, May 3, 2024. The Community Development Department will remove up to two (2) large vehicles and up to four (4) small vehicles per registered address.

A clear title must be delivered and signed over to the City of Beatrice for all cars, trucks, SUVs, boats, trailers, RVs, and motorcycles. All titles must be hand-delivered to the Community Development Office, 205 N. 4th Street, no later than noon on Friday, May 3, 2024.

This program is available to residential properties located inside the Beatrice City limits. Any commercial addresses registered below will not be scheduled for collection.

I verify that I am the owner or renter of the property at the street address listed above. I authorize the City of Beatrice and/or its designees to remove the above-listed vehicle(s) from this property.

In doing so, I understand that I am providing the City of Beatrice with limited access to this property for the purpose of removing the vehicle(s) listed above at no charge. I relinquish and waive any and all claim(s) of liability arising from the performance of vehicle removal that I could otherwise assert against the City, except to the extent that such claims arise out of the negligent acts or omissions of the City or are proximately caused by the intentional misconduct of City.
